Celebrate the 10th Annual New Bern Mardi Gras
Join Swiss Bear, Inc. in Downtown New Bern for a day of family-friendly festivities on Saturday, February 14, 2026 from
10:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.
Enjoy a parade, artists, food trucks, live music, various activities downtown, and the crowning of the Mardi Gras King and Queen.
The parade route goes from Pollock Street at Princess Street, turns right onto Middle Street, and then exits on S. Front Street.
All ages are welcome and encouraged to dress in costume and experience the lively celebration!
Entertainment Lineup:
10:30 AM - Mardi Gras Parade
11:30 AM to 3:00 PM - Mardi Gras Block Party on Middle and Pollock Street.
Live Music:
- No Quarter Brass Band - 11:30 AM
- Los Sobros del Son - 2:00 PM

The parade will begin at 10:30 AM going eastbound on Pollock Street starting at Princess Street, turning right onto Middle Street, and ending at S. Front Street. There will be a second line where you can join in at the conclusion of the parade lineup. No Quarter Brass Band will lead the second line to the block party!
