SPACE ASSIGNMENTS -- Space is not reserved until payment is received
Vendor locations are determined by the Mardi Gras Committee, and Vendors will be notified of their space assignment prior to the event.
We cannot provide electricity.
All spaces will be accessible by vehicle for set up.
Food trucks: Service window must be on right (passenger) side.
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, displays and supplies.
Setup begins at 8am
Take-down begins at 4pm and needs to be complete by 5pm
Vendors must be in place for the entire event.
VENDOR PARKING
After setup, vendors are to move their vehicles from Spencer Avenue to designated parking in the Temple Church parking lot. Enter the lot from Fifth Street; parking is on the left.
CLEANUP
At the end of the event, vendors are to leave nothing behind including trash, equipment, or broken items.
DAMAGES
Vendors will be assessed any appropriate charges in the event of damages, vandalism, or litter.
TAXES
All vendors are individually responsible for collecting and reporting state and local sales taxes.
WEATHER
This is an all-weather event and there is no rain date. The New Bern Mardi Gras Committee will address serious weather concerns, if any, and will communicate any cancellation promptly.
